Sofia Kokkina

I studied law in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and translation and subtitling in the Glossologia School of Translation and Interpreting. I have a Diploma in Translation by the Institute of Linguists (grade: Merit). I have worked as a translator and subtitler since 2009, and I have cooperated with leading companies of the industry.

Due to my legal studies, I specialise in legal and Community documents.

Sotiria Gkatziou

I studied English Language and Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and I have an MA degree in Translation Studies from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, with specialization in the translation of legal and economic texts. I worked as an intern in the Health Services Research Group-The Mar Institute of Medical Research Foundation (Fundació IMIM), Barcelona, where I was responsible for the translation and editing of documents mainly from the field of biomedicine and medical research. I have worked as an English teacher in foreign language schools for many years.
